How it works
1. Get in touch
Contact me by WhatsApp, email or the webform below. Tell me what the problem is, where you’re located and what you’ve been seeing.2. Site visit
I’ll visit the property with you to understand the issue, access, boundaries and any relevant safety considerations.I’ll also ask you to sign a simple consent form confirming that you have given permission for me to shoot on the land. You’ll need to be the landowner, leaseholder, or otherwise authorised to grant that permission.3. Agree control
If the site is suitable, we agree how and when control can be carried out.No contracts or call-out fees, and no catch. I do not charge for control work.
The pests I control
Rabbits
I can get rid of rabbits causing damage to gardens, paddocks, crops, field margins and surrounding land.Grey squirrels
I can deal with grey squirrels causing damage to trees, woodland, feeders, buildings or other property.Feral Pigeons
Whilst control is limited to situations involving agricultural damage or genuine public health and safety concerns, I can deal with feral pigeons, magpies, crows and other avian problem birds in line with the relevant general licence.Rodents
I can remove rats and other pest rodents around farms, outbuildings, feed stores and other environments.
Who is Mammoth Rural?
I’m a fully insured and experienced air rifle shooter based in Haverhill, already carrying out pest control for local landowners. I take pride in ensuring a careful, common-sense approach to every permission.I work around the needs of the landowner or business owner, any livestock, neighbours or anything else that may be happening on the property, and only carry out control where I’m confident it can be done safely, humanely and responsibly.Effective pest control plays a useful part in protecting our rural environment. Rabbits and grey squirrels can cause significant damage to crops, grassland, trees and property when numbers are left unchecked, particularly where natural control is limited. How is it free?
Mammoth Rural is non-commercial and something I do in my own time. In return for permission to carry out pest control, I get the opportunity to do something I enjoy while helping local landowners and businesses deal with pest problems.
